  I love the fact that they help pets get adopted. BUT IT SMELLED SO BAD in the store, I couldn't even stand to shop around for more than 3 minutes. In those 3 minutes, whilst gagging for fresh air, I saw several items for sale that were covered in cat/dog hair. I left about 30 minutes ago & I am still trying to get the smell out of my nose! I own several pets, this wasn't a pet smell. It smelled like something threw up, died, & then decomposed!! It was truly nauseating. I'd rather send in a donation than bring something home from that store, with that smell into my home. I mean really. If you've seen the show "Hoarders".. This store smells like what I imagine when i see those people with rats/roaches/dead cats & molded food from 1999. Ok I'm done.
